You will be able to search the history of most claims for up to two years only.
Search by ICN:
If you know the ICN number, enter the number in the ICN text box and click View Detail.
Search Criteria
-The minimum search criteria requirements are provider number/location and either First Date of Service or Payment Date. However, searching of in-process claims(claims that have not been processed in the current payment cycle) does not require Dates.
-If you are authorized to view claims for multiple locations, you must choose at least one location. However, if you are authorized to view claims from only one location, that location is pre-selected.
-Search is limited to 500 claims only. However, searching on a single payment date will retrieve up to 10,000 claims.
- If you want to search inprocess claims i.e. the claims that have not been processed in the current week's payment cycle, you can choose "In process" from 'Scope' drop down box. Additionally, you can filter the result by choosing specific claim status from the drop down list.
When you choose "In process" claims, up to 10,000 claims will be displayed.

TheTOTALS are the system sum of all line items reported above. The TOTAL CLAIM CHARGE reflects the total claim charge as reported by the provider

Check Voucher Number:
It may take a few days to post the Check Voucher Number after the claim has been processed.
If you see 'NOT AVAILABLE' in Check Voucher Number, check back after a few days.
Check Voucher Number is not applicable for some claim types. You will see N/A in Check Voucher Number for those claims.
