Claims Payment Issue
On February 21, 2024, Change Healthcare experienced a cybersecurity incident. There was no impact on eMedicaid. Providers affected by the outage can find more information and resources at health.maryland.gov/mmcp/Pages/updates-change-healthcare.
Important Newborn Enrollment (1184) Notice
Beginning April 3, 2024, a new web portal will be available to enroll deemed newborns into Medicaid. The existing portal in eMedicaid will remain operational for a yet to be determined transition period. More information about the new portal/process can be found at health.maryland.gov/mmcp/provider/Pages/newborn-enrollment.
